 For Veterans: All veterans must fill out an application to be selected for
a flight. This involves divulging certain personal and
medical information, so that we can make certain the veteran
can physically make the flight. The complete
application form is available here. It can be completed and e-mailed to info@neverforgottenhonorflight.com, or printed and mailed to P.O. Box 5056,
Wausau, WI, 54402-5056.
For Guardians: Volunteers between the ages of 18-69 can apply to be a guardian and
will be required to pay the costs of their trip which is approximately $500. Spouses
of veterans cannot be a guardian for their
husband or wife. If you
would
like to apply
to be a guardian, you
